Terms of Service

➭ I have the right to decline commissions.

➭ I will not accept commissions from minors.

➭ Your commission will be done when it’s done. ♥
Usually these are finished in a timely manner, however life can happen! If a delay is expected, you will be notified promptly if possible.

➭ An additional fee may be implemented for overly complex designs as they take extra work!

➭ No Refunds! Please be sure you can commit and pay in a timely manner.

➭ Your commissioned art is yours to use, print or display as you please, but if you upload it to social media, I would appreciate some credit or a link back to me @ any of my social medias! Let people know who drew your cool new art, they might want cool new art too! ♥

➭ You will receive multiple copies of the final art if applicable! Transparent background, solid grey background and watermarked web versions will be the defaults unless otherwise discussed!

➭ I currently only accept payment through Paypal Invoices! These are sent out once the commission is agreed on. Payment up front is preferred. Finished art files will not be delivered until paid in full.
You do not need a Paypal account in order to pay a Paypal invoice. Just an email address! Paypal invoice will safely accept funds through debit or credit if needed.

➭ Visual Reference(s) of the subject in question (your character / pet / etc) is required. Quality isn’t important so long as i can make out important details!

➭ Optional: Provide a little bit about their personality, or what kind of expression they’re likely to make, that helps a ton! If you want a specific expression, do tell!

➭ Optional: Do you want a colour and/or shape behind the subject, or an outline? Let me know!

➭ Please state in advanced while arranging your order if you do not want me to stream, post or upload your commission where it can be viewed publicly or if you do not want it visible before a certain date! If you do not, I will assume I can stream, post and upload the art at my own leisure.

➭ Anything else you feel I should know! Questions, concerns, feedback, etc! Communication is something I value! ♥
